Review Guidelines
A. Biobank Regulatory Committee:
a. Scientific rationality and feasibility.
b. Rationality of quantity applied.
c. Suitability of business benefits feedback.
d. Obligation performance.
B. Ethics Governance Committee:
a. Experimental ethicality and value in use.
b. Suitability of business benefits feedback.
c. Privacy protection for participants.
d. Protection for vulnerable population.
e. Measures to insure information security of participants.
Review Quantity
A. One-year project: No more than IRB approved.
B. Multi-year project: The amounts applied are on the basis of research project for every year and the total amounts are less than IRB approved.
Review Schedule
A. Administration check up: 3 days after application received .
B. Committee review: 2 weeks for Biobank Regulatory Committee and about 1.5 months for Ethics Governance Committee.
