Application Process
Internal Application
Submit the application form and upload the following files in the Biobank Information System:
1. Research proposal (content of project title, principal investigator, purpose, period, methods, manpower and equipment required, business benefits and rewards programs, etc.)
2. Institutional Review Board approval form or proof of IRB application
3. Business benefits feedback review form
4. Biospecimens of the Biobank shall not be exported. Any international transmission of Biobank data or the export of any derivatives shall be submitted to the Competent Authority for approval.
External Application
Researchers from other institutions should be in cooperation with the staff in our hospital, and the application submitted according to the above procedures by the principal investigator in our hospital.
Researchers may also apply from the National Biobank Consortium of Taiwan.
