1. APPLICANTS ARE REQUESTED TO PREPARE IN ADVANCE

Establishment of research topics, literature review, and IRB submission for review (IRB submission or case number is required before applying for services; for CGRD research, applicants can first submit a proposal form for discussion with the Center, and then submit it to IRB, and after IRB approval Then apply for CGRD materials according to the procedures in the hospital, and the center can officially start the implementation after the approval of the Ministry of Medical Research)

Applicants are requested to download various forms from the website of the center/ apply for services , download and fill in the center's 1. Proposal Form and Research Plan, 2. Disease Test Drug Operation Code.xls, applicants must carefully read the proposal form Matters needing attention, and must sign on the proposal form to express agreement.

2. APPLICATION SERVICE

1. The applicant sends the electronic file of the proposal form, research plan content, and IRB consent letter to the center: ccling999@gmail.com. (Please provide a word file and a scanned file with signature for the proposal form)

2. Application trial: Dr. Huang Yutong from our center will conduct the trial

3. Plan discussion: After the case is approved, Dr. Huang Yutong of our center will arrange analysts to discuss with the applicant on the content of the research plan and confirm the content of the materials.

4. ​The two parties have reached a consensus and confirmed the charging hours. Applicants are requested to fill out the payment application form in the laboratory submission system of our hospital (​For the service items in the application service item form, please click "Statistics and Data Processing". Please fill in the number of hours when you reach a consensus with the center), after completing the filling, please print out and sign the application form for the use of charging items and send it to the center​​(Delivery location: Huge Data and Statistics Center on the 3rd floor of the Research Building ), the case can be formally filed. (Operation Manual of Laboratory Submission System: Website of the Center/Various Forms/ Application Services )

3. PREPARATION OF APPLICANT'S ANALYSIS DATA

1. Information about the value-added center: applicants are required to apply by themselves, and the center can provide assistance if there are related problems.

2. Self-acceptance of case materials: applicants are required to complete the data debugging and sorting first, and then provide the analysis personnel of the center for analysis.

3. CGRD information: It is recommended to discuss with the center first, and then ask the applicant to apply according to the procedures in the hospital. If there are related problems, the center will provide assistance.

4. ESTIMATED HOURS OF DATA ANALYSIS

According to different data types, the expected completion time of the data is as follows, but the working hours of the analysts will be affected by the complexity of the case, discussions with the applicant during the implementation process, the correctness of the original data provided by the applicant, research definitions, and journal review opinions Influenced by other factors, the following hours are only for applicants to use as a reference for the funding of the research project . ( Our center also has charging cases with more than 100 hours)

1. Chang Gung Medical Research Database CGRD: about 40~80+ hours.

2. Data HWDC of Health and Welfare Data Science Center: about 40~100+ hours.

3. Self-acceptance of case materials: about 10 to 40 hours.
