Department Introduction

The Department of Periodontics is mainly responsible for the prevention of oral periodontal disease, promotion of oral health and restoration of oral aesthetics and function.
Its services of clinical diagnosis and treatment mainly include: plaque removal, conventional non-surgical and surgical treatment of periodontal diseases, laser treatment and application, periodontal regeneration, periodontal aesthetics, dental implants, and dental implant reconstruction.
Periodontic diagnosis and treatment is aimed at solving problems of periodontic disease, including gingival inflammation, gingival swelling, gingival bleeding, gingival recession, alveolaris pyorrhea, abnormal fibrous hyperplasia, root sensitivity, tooth mobility, enlarged dental gaps, and dental implant reconstruction in patients with missing teeth.
