Department Introduction
The Trauma Plastic Surgery department provides quality service to patients with all types and degrees of injuries, 24 hours per day, and every day of the year.
Every year our department performs up to hundreds of limb replantations, microsurgeries, facial fractures reconstructions, and chronic wound care. With our accumulating experiences, our fully trained staff is capable of performing high quality reconstructive surgeries that covers head to toe. Every week the Trauma Plastic surgery department holds routines meetings where we go over each case thoroughly and discuss the treatment guidelines case by case.
The Trauma Plastic surgery department has been an active member in the submission of high quality articles to top notch journals in the field of Plastic Reconstructive Surgery and Trauma surgery, and we are constantly pushing ourselves to the limit to be a leader in the international community. Our pursue of excellence has guided us to become a leading figure in traumatic reconstruction in Taiwan and we will continue to strive for excellence as we lead our younger generation of junior surgeons into the 21st century.
