成立目標：
以世代社區醫學研究為研究發展主軸，長期追蹤社區居民罹患慢性腎病、慢性肝病、慢性腎病及憂鬱失智之風險因子與介入衛教後之成效評估。主要目的是針對基隆長庚醫院鄰近鄉鎮進行社區健康評估、健康促進、早期診斷早期治療、慢性疾病醫療、特殊保護和長期照護等整合性健康照護。

Founding Objective:
To take generational community medicine research as the main axis of research and development, and to track the risk factors of chronic kidney disease, chronic liver disease, chronic kidney disease, and depression and dementia of community residents and evaluate the effectiveness of intervention in health education. The main purpose is to provide integrated health care for the neighboring towns of Keelung Chang Gung Hospital, including community health assessment, health promotion, early diagnosis and treatment, chronic disease treatment, special protection and long-term care.
